Michelle Obama's inauguration looks are simply refreshing! I am in love with her yellow coat skirt suit ensemble (by designer Isabel Toledo) with green overtones. She simply stood out in the midst of the grays and black suits. At the same time, compared to the men's wool suits and long overcoats, I wondered how she stayed warm in 30F DC weather. The cheerful yellow color signifies hope in the new administration.
The white chiffon dress (by designer Jason Wu) is dreamy on Michelle. At time it could look a bit wedding-ish but the one-shoulder is very modern. Both Michelle and Barrack Obama looked dashing on the dance floor. I applaud Michelle Obama for choosing up and coming designers for her image.
